Individualized Approach
Every evaluation tailored to your specific needs and goals
Dr. Harcourt was incredibly thorough, took the time to explain everything, and genuinely cared about helping us understand our child's needs. The report was detailed and gave us a clear path forward.
What We Do
We provide neuropsychological and psychoeducational evaluations to help clarify diagnoses, guide treatment, and support patients in meeting their own goals. Every evaluation is individualized — we select tests based on your specific referral question, not a one-size-fits-all battery.
Child & Adolescent Assessment
Early developmental evaluation (milestones, autism spectrum, early intervention), school-age psychoeducational testing (learning disabilities, ADHD, IEP/504 accommodations), and comprehensive neuropsychological evaluation for pediatric neurological conditions.
Adult Assessment
ADHD evaluation, cognitive changes associated with neurological conditions (epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, traumatic brain injury, stroke), differentiating normal aging from neurocognitive disorders, and establishing cognitive baselines.

About Blue Cat
Dr. Harcourt completed his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in Neuropsychology at Nova Southeastern University under the mentorship of Dr. Charles Golden. His predoctoral internship at the University of Missouri included rotations in neuropsychology, rehabilitation, and developmental disabilities at the Thompson Center for Autism and Neurodevelopment. He completed his postdoctoral fellowship in the Department of Neurology at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, specializing in epilepsy, movement disorders, and memory disorders. He maintains active research in movement disorders and AI/machine learning applications for predicting cognitive outcomes.
Before pursuing psychology, Dr. Harcourt spent approximately 20 years as an electrical engineer, including an internship at NASA — bringing an analytical, data-driven approach to neuropsychological evaluation.
